JACK CORNEY MSc BSc MCSP
Physiotherapist and Co-Founder
A Cardiff native and Whitchurch High School alumnus, Jack has been a consistent part of the South Wales physiotherapy community since graduating from Cardiff University in 2015. With a decade of continuous full-time practice in the NHS, Jack has progressed to the level of Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist, a senior role he has held for the past five years.
Jack brings a wealth of diagnostic expertise from his time within the MSK Triage service (CMATS), where he worked closely with Spinal Orthopaedics. His specialized knowledge covers the full spectrum of spinal care, from acute injuries to complex, chronic pain management and advanced diagnostics. Alongside his clinical work, Jack has spent years working with professional and semi-professional teams, including Newport Gwent Dragons, Cardiff City FC, and the Wales Boys’ football squads. This background has fuelled a particular passion for lower-limb rehab, whether leading group classes or conducting 1:1 sessions in a gym environment.
Driven by a commitment to clinical excellence, Jack recently completed a rigorous four-year Postgraduate Master’s degree in Physiotherapy while continuing to work full-time. This achievement involved producing a 20,000-word original research dissertation, ensuring his practice is grounded in the most current and robust scientific evidence.
Jack’s treatment philosophy is rooted in a holistic approach, blending appropriate manual therapy with tailored exercise rehabilitation. He is equally at home treating complex chronic cases as he is managing acute sporting injuries, ensuring every patient receives a clear and effective path to recovery.
